The Symphony of the Sword: Kingdom Come: Deliverance
The magnificent hall of the National Forum of Music will transport you to 15th-century Bohemia during The Symphony of the Sword – a symphonic rendition of music from Kingdom Come: Deliverance I & II. For the first time, you will be able to experience music from both these award-winning games during one epic performance as part of GMF 2026!
Composer Jan Valta will personally conduct this orchestral masterpiece. On stage, he will be joined by the renowned NFM Wrocław Philharmonic, as well as the Medici Cantantes choir. The band Veratus, specializing in the performance of early music, will also add their flavor to this concert.

Concert description
Jan Valta, composer of both soundtracks, created a spectacular and diverse opus. His music brings every gameplay moment to life, whether you’re wandering through peaceful villages, carousing in a lively roadside tavern, or clashing swords during bloody battles. Jan’s symphonic work will be complemented by several medieval compositions created by composer Adam Sporka. Jan Valta will personally conduct this orchestral masterpiece.
On stage, he will be joined by the renowned NFM Wrocław Philharmonic, as well as the Medici Cantantes choir. The band Veratus, an ensemble of musicians specializing in the performance of early music, will also add their unique flavor to this concert.
February marks two release anniversaries: the seventh for KCD and the first for KCD2. Celebrate with us – raise your swords, pack your saddles, and together we will embark on a medieval adventure, following the footsteps of Henry of Skalitz!
